When will my candles be shipped?

I aim to ship all orders within 1 business day.Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

How long will my candles take to arrive?

Unfortunately I can't guarantee when they will arrive due to potential delays in the postal system. But the following is a fairly accurate guideline!


Can I track my candles on their journey?

Standard shipping is free on all orders.Registered shipping is quite expensive from Ireland so I only offer it as a paid add-on during the check out process.This will allow you track your candles as they make their way towards you. 

How will my candles be packaged?

I am a big believer in re-purposing so I like to make sure packaging can be reused.The candles are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box which can be opened without damage.This way you can re-use the box to store photos, greetings cards or even seed packets!Inside the box I use inflatable pillows and tissue paper to protect the candle from damage during transit.The inflatable pillows are re-used from parcels we receive ourselves at home.Keep and re-use them for sending gifts to friends and family at Christmas,or use in the bottom of flowerpots for improved drainage!!

Do you accept returns?

I am happy to accept returns on any product within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, please do not send your purchase back without contacting me first.

Will I get a full refund if I return my purchase?

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What happens if my candle is faulty when it arrives?

If your candle becomes damaged in transit, email me within 7 days and we can arrange a replacement. Please note refunds will not be given in the event of a fault.
