How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is standard on every order. For an extra €5 you can also add tracking during the checkout process.

How soon will my order be ready?

Your candles will be on their way within 1 business day.

How long will it take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on destination. See the Shipping & Returns page for more info. 

How will my candles be packaged?

The candles are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective packaging inside. To save on paper, I don't include a printed invoice but if you need one just let me know and I'll be happy to send it on.

Can I ship direct to someone as a gift?

I'm happy to ship as a gift, just let me know during checkout and I can make sure to package it accordingly.

Can I get a refund if I want to return my candles?

If you would like to return your candles within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

How does it work?

Each candle needs 3 AAA batteries which are inserted at the base of the candle, along with the On/Off switch. These power the small LED bulb inside, which gently flickers to give a realistic flame effect.

How long do the batteries last when using my candle?

This depends on the quality of the batteries you use. The average is 400 hours. Thats 3 months if used for 4 hours every day.

How long does the LED bulb last?

50,000 hours - which is 10 years if used regularly!

Will it look fake?

LED candles are just as bright as traditional pillar candles, giving the same soft, ambient glow. The flameless candles I create are made from real wax so they look and feel the same as regular candles.

How do I care for my candle?

Keep your candle away from strong heat, the wax may melt.

Remove batteries when not in use to prevent leaking.

Use a soft cloth to dust as needed.
